Greetings! Ryan Swanson here from District Cutlery in Washington DC, selling high end kitchen cutlery and top notch sharpening services. Some of you may know us already and for those that don't, we hope to make your acquaintance. I've been sharpening professionally for 12 years and specialize in both freehand stone edges and thinning out blades with poor edge geometry. I hope to be most active and helpful in the sharpening community but will also be sharing all sorts of new and cool knives that come into our store. I also hope to learn a lot from everyone as well.
