Hello all,

I´ve been lurking around for a long time but now I thought it´s time to say hello and get involved. I´ve been working as a chef/head chef for about two decades.
Recent years I´ve become more and more interested in high quality steel and high quality stones. I´m just in the beginning of the road but I feel there is no end of it ;)
Started with the basics as all chefs here in Finland...Mac, Mac pro, Yaxell Gou and then, Teryasu Fujiwara white#1 Gyuto; that was the moment I understood why people go so mad about knives... I have to confess, i´m addict :)
Now it´s time for some jnats...
 
Welcome from sunny southern California :razz: I tried the ice and snow for a few months this winter and ran back to So Cal.

Jnats are a different rabbit hole altogether. Knives are costly enough for most. Good luck!
