Hello and Happy New Year. After years of trying useless knife sharpening gadgets. I finally got a whetstone and have gradually got the bug. In fact I got a whetstone course for Christmas. So I plan on making this a real hobby to see where it goes. I think once I've got thoroughly up to speed on my own knives, I'll start doing my friends and neighbours knives. Really looking forward to absorbing the wealth of knowledge that's on here.
