Selling a recently acquired Halcyon Forge 230mm gyuto. Acquired from a regular KKF member because I couldn't say no to another one of Joe's knives, which are awesome. However, I already have two and can't justify keeping a third. So the newest one has to go. Beautiful knife. I used it a few times and as usual, his wrought iron cladding is starting to take a beautiful patina. See photos for more info.
