Nordquist Design 210mm K-Tip 1084 Gyuto
Bought secondhand was told it was new. Used for about 2-3 at-home meals. Sharpened once (ootb sharpness wasn't great). Ergonomics doesn't work for me at all.
Konosuke HD2 240mm Gyuto
Bought this secondhand as well and was in well-used condition. Sharpened once since receiving. Great low maintenance laser.
Hatsukokoro Yoake 240mm B1 Gyuto Migaki
Bought this new and has minimal use. I chipped the corner of the heel though. Very small/hard to see unless you look closely. Bought this new and it was never sharpened, only stropped. This is a "good" copy with not too many inconstancies or issues. Very thin behind the edge and a nice heft. Ebony and Horn handle. Balance point is at heel. Very tall too. Would have kept this if I didn't get a Komorebi soon after.
