Hi friends. I am a long time knife enthusiast mainly in pocket knives but have slowly begun a collection of Japanese kitchen knives. Started my journey with a Shun petty that was on sale and then added on a gyuto and bunka from Yoshimi Kato not too long after that. The last kitchen knife I purchased was in 2019 but after going through the classifieds here the itch is coming back...
