Hello,
I have come from the now defunct world of chefknives on reddit. I dont profess to have anywhere near the level of knowledge of a lot of the people out there but I do appreciate a good knife. I normally have spent most of my time and money in the world of pocket knives but I love working with a good blade in the kitchen.
