SOLD HSC /// 250mm Gyuto

Selling this gyuto from Harbeer Chahal. It's in really good shape with a long, flat profile and beautiful suminagashi pattern. Used in a home environment and sharpened 3-4 times. It had a hemp wrap on the handle, but I decided to remove it. There's still a little bit of leftover adhesive (check the photos), but I imagine you could just use some fine sandpaper to get it off. I'm selling this because I just got a custom from Harbeer in a size I use more often.

Priced to sell at $375 to US. Canadians feel free to message me, but I'd rather not ship outside US/Canada.

How is the grind?

I wouldn't exactly call it a laser. It is thin, though. About 2.7mm above the heel and it quickly tapers down.

I currently have one of his knives, have another on order... VERY FINE TOOL! VERY FINE! The grind and the heat treat are spot on!
