Kanna + dai, unfortunately I lost the other part. I don't know much about the steel. Cool kanji though.

I don't know what's fair for this, $35 shipped CONUS sound good?

Kanna blade makers - some also make chisels, kiridashi, kitchen knives - so smiths who make sharp edged tools, but the list above is specifically in relation to kanna blades in this context.
