sucking pig with the glass skin that you can cut with a plate. i’ve seen videos, i’ve looked around, and there is simply no straight forward recipe. please share if you know. in the oven, over live coals, whatever works.

i need methodology. time. temps. thats all. thank you.
 
I used the Serious Eats recipe for an oven lechon liempo but the skin sucked. Ymmv.

Edit: Here's my uncle's made in a toaster oven. Probably the best I've had. Have his recipe and method but haven't tried yet. Please ignore the random **** in the background, lol.
