Hello, it was a really hard decision to let this one go, since it's one of the rarest and best performers of my collection. I want to sell this beauty because I'm not a big fan of Echizen profile and I would like this knife to be in other hands where It can be used more often. I bought this Masakage Koishi 240 mm gyuto 5 years ago and it's lightly used. I never sharpened it, but I forced a patina with coffee (which I can remove, if you like). The handle is a special one that Giaco_blade made for me (check his IG to take a look at some of his great works, highly recommended). The black ferrules (on top and on the bottom of the handle) are from water buffalo horn. The knife cost me 500€ with the custom handle and I would like to sell it for 375 250 225€.
