Up for sale is this modded 8 inch Victorinox stainless steel chef knife.

I cut tang and converted to hidden tang. Handle is magnolia with walnut ferrule that has been ebonized and finished with linseed oil.

The balance point is further into the blade now that the tang weight has reduced.

Weight is 145g
One of the better factory made knives, but never liked the handle. I have far too many chef knives so making this one available for $100 including CONUS shipping.
