I just bought another suji, so have to let this one go.
This has been my favorite suji since I got it late last year.
First owner; bought directly from Strada; never sharpened and it is still plenty sharp; virtually new since it is semi-stainless and limited usage in a home environment.
I used it once every 6-8 weeks to portion a whole ribeye into individual steaks.
The burned chestnut handle is perfect for a suji like this imo.
Great size and weight - 286mm and slightly over 200g
