Hello everyone,

my W2 Honyaki Gyuto by Will Newham is for sale. The handle is "Birdseye" Ebony (grained white-black ebony) with brass and certainly one of the most beautiful knife handles I have ever seen.

The blade is not laser but IMHO a well tuned all-rounder with a versatile profile and reasonable food release. Great fit & finish.

I bought the knife directly from Will in 2022 and it has been used a few times in the home kitchen and sharpened twice since then.
Patina is freshly removed. Otherwise I let the pictures speak for themselves.

Incl. are the original additions of handle and blade oil and note.

Price: 800 EUR/ 860 USD incl. insured shipping within Germany (EU + 10 EUR/USD)

Would prefer to keep it in the EU but would also be open for international shipping (buyer would cover the additional costs)
