Hey all!

Looking to sell this Masamoto KS gyuto. I've come to realize it's not really my type of grind and is quite large for my apartment. The knife retails for around $600.

The knife is closer to 283, to it's a monster of a knife. Perfect for roasts and basic daily prep if your comfortable with the size.

The blade has some scratches near the edge due to low sharpening angle from a friend, it's all cosmetic though and has no problems with performance.
