Blade enthusiest here from south Louisiana checking in! Where Im from, the men do alot of the cooking, especially wild game and cajun/creole meals, so my knives get plenty of use as most of these dishes are based on the "trinity" (onions, bell peppers and celery). I love to cook, especially what I or my kids catch or kill.
I've loved knives and swords since i was a kid, and so I was a natural addict in waiting for these works of functional art !
