Ok , no barbie. . But I did toss some hand cleaned jumbo shrimp with some oil and churrasco seasoning , broil in a carbon steel pan for 10 minutes and serve with butter lime rice and lightly spiced but a little spicy board chopped salsa ...... Came out wonderful, and it meets my healthy eating goals for the day !!

NICE!! under my broiler, 10 minutes would make them rubbery.
You have to put the broiler on low, and use the middle rack . This way they broil and roast at the same time, you can even pull a minute or two early and let them treat a little longer to through cook with residual heat
