Bought secondhand was told it was new. Used for about 2-3 meals. Sharpened once (ootb sharpness wasn't great). Ergonomics doesn't work for me.

Yu Kurosaki Fujin AS 240mm Gyuto - SOLD
Bought this new. One of my first jknives. Gave it a sick coffee patina. It's also the version with the best handle IMO. Sharpened about 3 times.
Tanaka Kyuzo 240mm Blue #1 Stainless Gyuto with Zircote Handle - SOLD
Bought this new. Best fit/finish. Very nice heft for it's size. Fantasticly thin tip. One of my favorite handles. Sharpened twice.
Konosuke Sumiiro 210mm Gytuo
Got this second hand and it was heavily sharpened and thinned. Priced it accordingly. It's length is closer to a mini gyuto now. The handle has some gouges from the previous owner. Looks like the previous owner also heavily sanded the corners on heel and spine. Priced accordingly
