Selling this as it doesn’t get much use in my rotation (despite its excellent performance). It’s been used in a few preps and sharpened once, currently has some patina (that I’m happy to remove on request). Really flies through foods and is a joy to use. My area is just a bit too humid to justify keeping on my rack without daily use.
Selling for $320 CONUS due to some spots that started to rust and then I removed with flitz. It’s currently oiled and remains rust free.
