Hello all,

this particular cleaver was my 2nd attempt with cleavers. Turns out again, I am not a cleaver guy, at least not this category which is why I am selling my Tojiro DP 3-layer cleaver which has been used on 5 strawberries only. I am serious.

The blade is made from VG-10 stainless steel middle layer in 13-chrome stainless steel outer layers.

Here's the specs from Tojiro for this F-921 (thin blade):
length 225 mm, overall length 330 mm,
width 110 mm,
thickness 2.0 mm,
weight 480g

Here's my own measurements: 227ish/105ish/460g
