Watanabe 210 Kaibou - a very serious knife. The stock handle was too small and light for me, so I sent it to EE (this was a long time ago) for a rehandle. much better now and balances better. very little use since last sharpening. - $130
Watanabe 85mm ko-deba - originially got it from Shinichi with a burnt chestnut handle, along with the other small watanabes. later got stefan handles made for all 3. no use since it was sharpened. in the pic it looks like there is rust on the knife, but there is not- $100
