It hurts to sell this knife but unfortunately I don’t get to use it enough to warrant keeping such an expensive knife around. I very much enjoyed trying this knife out and can confirm it’s as good as the comments here said it is.
Measurements:
Heel to tip: 245mm
Heel height: 56mm
The knife was used but never fully sharpened, however I stropped it once on a Belgian blue. It does have some scratches from normal use but no chips or other defects as far as I can see.
I bought it from japanesenaturalstones for 575€ so I would like to get 475€ shipped in the eu.
