Reviving this to try and get these last two unicorns. Prefer to buy, but I have a Raquin tractor gyuto, a Yanick ironclad and a Bidinger convex grind in Magnacut among others I'd consider trading (plus cash obv).

Only interested in gyutos for now.

Been a minute, have a bump. Have had a couple nibbles, but nothing concrete. I'm totally willing to go the OwlWoodwoorks route and offer well over 'list' price as I consider this my last big acquisition before I settle into just loving and using the knives I have.
