Yamamoto Aogami Super Kiritsuke - $200 traded

Length: 240mm
Spine: 5mm/2.8mm/.5mm
Height: 48mm
Ebony/Pakkawood

Daily driver in a professional environment for a little over half a year. Has been thinned and sharpened liberally. Flies through food and let's it go well. Bevels can use flattening. Some KU is missing, but it's held up. Small bump on the ferrule. Bought $340. Replaced by a couple other fatties.

Bought from BST a few months ago. Probably used a dozen times. Unchanged from the original thread other than stropping on bare leather.

Narra W2 Honyaki Nakiri - $200

Length: 180mm
Height: 47mm

Catch and release. I bought it to refinish something, but realistically I have way too many hobbies and unstarted projects. There is some micro pitting and scratches.

Vintage Slicer - $60

Length: 300mm
Height: 32mm

I bought one when Chop Shop was unloading because I wanted a cool "new" toy too. Bought a bunch of other ones too though.

Do you have the weight and balance point for the yama? Looks like it would perform similar to a mazaki.

Original weight was 255g, don't have a small scale at home for current.
