Hey KKF,

I would like to trade my Yanick rectangle for a Yanick gyuto. I love everything about this rectangle In terms of the build but I just don’t end up reaching cleavers. I bought this from another forum member in June and I’ve only used it twice. It’s never been sharpened, only has a light patina.

I’m looking for a 230+ Yanick gyuto.
