Someone post that video of the knucklehead on youtube reviewing and chipping them when he pressed it against the knife steel (or something like that).

He tried to slice wood or something like that. LoL.

@merlijny2k yes, the sentence would make complete - but completely different - sense to a birdkeeping enthusiast.

He's using it like a true....

...home cook that does not care one bit to be a knife geek, and proves that ceramic blades are not for that clientele.

Yoshi, could that be translated "westerner-death"? ;)

And hey, I'd be scared of exactly that when draw-slicing with a serrated blade that has slipping tendencies (around 5:37) :)
