Do I need two funyaki? Probably not, but when it is only 6000 yen for one, and I get to dethrone @SwampDonkey to become the leader of the cult, it's a no brainer.

On the side note, our Saint is really damn consistent, can't really tell much difference apart with the two funyaki.

Now I'm ready for All Shindo September
At that price I should've asked you to bring an extra couple back for me too. Crazy good value there

Do you have a cut video on something like bell peppers? On board that looks similar to a profile I had that was an accordion cutter’s dream.
Its on my list of **** i want to eventually try to figure out. I can barely use my smartphone.

So this knife is supposed to have an edge that gets sharp like no other, and be able to hold that edge like no other, while still being plenty tough, and easy to sharpen. It does have a nice weight, is very stiff, appears to have a good profile, but not that thin. Kind of thick behind the edge also.

I’ve heard some people say this Bill Burke is one of the greatest knife makers to ever walk this earth, and able to heat treat his steel to the point where it has magical properties. I don’t know how great this dude really is, but here we go… let’s see what this thing can do.
