Description
This knife has a beautifully eased and polished spine and choil - this is a special job that isn't seen often at all. Knife is full stainless, with a comfortable D-shaped, right-handed wa handle. Steel is SRS-15 at 64HRC, so even though it's a santoku, it's a still real knife.
Bought my mom two knives, and this is the one she doesn't use much (she prefers the nakiri). So off it goes! I know she won't have sharpened it, and at most it's been honed on a white ceramic rod a few times.
It's been used in a home kitchen. Some surface scuffs, but never abused. Still comes with slightly toothy edge. Also comes with a plastic clamshell case.
