Tested it on a couple fairly dense potatoes and carrots yesterday. No wedging or cracking. Very smooth with no sticking. Great board feel and great for push cuts. I may keep it if it sticks around too long

Updated this vintage American Knife w/ a more modern profile and grind. Swapped out the worn hickory scales for a denser more visually appealing Ringed Gidgee from @thetimberjoint. I left the patina on the blade face...
