Crunchy is back and needs some steel.
-240mm gyuto, kinda want a KS (again, for the 5th time). Old stock w/ saya would be great and not over 300usd (seriously stop)
-or something similar monosteel
-165mm deba, open to anything. Looking hard for a kochi deba
-anything single bevel you're trying to unload. I cut a lot of fish. So much. Nothing crazy $$$. I have a baby now and I am poor AF.
