Rick Menefee's version of Tony Bose's "Back Pocket" in A2 and carbon fiber.

I didn't knowingly choose A2, but A2 seemingly chose me.

I have to say his sapele handles are pretty darn nice as well. Different feel than a Raquin but legit.

Simple handles are the best.

I use potato starch more, but I cut extra firm tofu into thick French fry shapes, dredge them in starch and then wok em up with oil...
