Cheers, I might consider different shapes, but I would highly prefer bnib. Let me know if you have something you would like to sell.

    Knife findings

Foodgear.dk is a cutlery shop in Denmark. But I'm afraid the Kaiju will be available for local people only.

Foodgear is going to release a Konosuke Fujiyama Kaiju btw.

Jiros are really romantic knives, but among the worst I owned for professional environment and practical use. I find my Toyama and Watanabe working much better in same environment for half the price. I like my Kato more also, but then it would be a war for the not-worth-the-money title.

    WTS Mizuno Tanrenjo Honyaki Yanagiba

I will never understand all the fuss about Shigs and Jiros when there are these gems sitting here for months at this price. Akiharu Mizuno is a true legendary blacksmith, all his pieces are pure treasures. If I hadn't one myself I would have surely got my hands on this. Good luck with selling!

    Endgame Collections

Are you talking about all artisan knives? Because I think that if we talk about traditional kataba knives, japanese makers are still ages ahead.
