    It's been something that we have been considering for a while. I can say that we have a couple of new releases coming soon. Including some stainless offerings. New sizes are likely going to come, but I can't say when at this point.

    Thanks for your thoughts @Justinv I am glad you like it. Regarding the choil, I can say that newer versions of the knife have a deeper for pronounce finger notch. Overall, it seem like we nailed the knife for your taste. Thanks for taking the time and giving so much detail. Its appreciated.
