SOLD Nigara hamono SG2 western custom 240

retail link is dead, but the Internet Archive did archive the Nigara Hamono maker page from 2022. I has the (dead) link to the original knife, and shows the original listing price...

SOLD 12x50 Vortex Razor UHD Binoculars

I would be interested, except I already have alpha bins. Anyone else reading this: if you are remotely interested in birds, boats, planes, planets, or viewing other far away objects, it's difficult to explain how much better good binoculars like these are than whatever you've looked through before

SOLD 12x50 Vortex Razor UHD Binoculars

perhaps too niche. I've had good luck selling and buying binos at astromart (requires paid membership), birdforum (requires some posting/activities before you can sell) and cloudynights (same). I tried accessing the classifies at a couple hunting forums but it required more posting activity than...

we have the Kuhn Rikon Epicurean and I'm quite happy with it. I think garlic does schmooge up the sides, but we use a whole rose of garlic most times we cook so it somewhat gets all over everything anyway

WTS Snake sells a mechanical keyboard (Leopold FC660m) for cheap

how noisy is it? generally people in open-floor plan offices are advised to use brown switches, not red, but I don't really know. I've only ever just used stock apple keyboards but am interested to try a mechanical.

    Guided Sharpening Systems?

I used to use a spyderco sharpmaker until I was good at freehand sharpening. It's great for refining and maintaining a keen edge, but frustrating if you need to remove a lot of material to restore a dull edge the three guided systems I've seen recommended are Edge Pro, Jende, and Hapstone, but...

SOLD "Murray Carter"/Spyderco Bunka (184mm) and Petty (105mm), CTS-BD1N steel

sold in another forum I didn't actually expect these to get any traction here

SOLD "Murray Carter"/Spyderco Bunka (184mm) and Petty (105mm), CTS-BD1N steel

They are very thin and the blades are very light. Great lasers. I was very excited to get these, but the wa handle and full flat grind just doesn't do it for me. The CTS-BD1N steel is supposed to be very stainless, but it does take on a light patina of sorts. I haven't tried polishing it...

    Show your newest knife buy

Not kitchen knives, but I promised myself a CRK folder if I got a better-than-expected performance review at work. I couldn’t decide on a size, so I got both (from the classifieds at bladeforums) I have a few benchmade and spyderco folders, but wanted to see what all the sebenza fuss was about
