For example:

There is handforged kitchen knives. They are much expensive, then usual Tojiro knives. And handforged fixed blade knives.

PS Tojiro has D shape handle. Actually, found only 2 knives with western handle in my collection :)

All that knives have octagon handles, not western.

Mcusta Zanmai Ultimate Aranami Chef, Masahiro Sujihiki classic series with black handle, Tojiro VG10 Hammered Petty, Miyabi 400oFC kudamono - those are favourites, and about 8-10 others.
