Mcusta Zanmai Ultimate Aranami Chef, Masahiro Sujihiki classic series with black handle, Tojiro VG10 Hammered Petty, Miyabi 400oFC kudamono - those are favourites, and about 8-10 others.

All that knives have octagon handles, not western.

PS Tojiro has D shape handle. Actually, found only 2 knives with western handle in my collection
