what's your most used knife? post a pic.

honestly, here's mine - the Kitchen Shiv.



part of my old kit when I was in the trade, it's a henckles 100mm - and now completely ground down to worthlessness and only about 60mm of blade left (note the pitting in the rivets). I use it daily to open plastic bags and sealing plastic, cut through tamper-proof cap seals, remove foils on liquor/wine bottles, and host of other knife-damaging tasks. I use it for just about anything I feel like using it for, and it gets used A LOT.

Misono fruit knife. I use this baby bad boy for just about everything that doesn't require a large amount of chopping.

Misono Dragon. I've had it forever and it just never leaves the rotation. It has lost a lot of height but is now an ideal line knife for me. I think it cuts better now than it did new.

i use it to spread butter and then slap people

I hate when I'm at my desk at work and I see something like this and start giggling like a school girl and them someone walks by and I look like a total goober.

Must be user error. I bet you just don't know how to use it right... First do you use the correct karate chop motion? And if so do you let out the optional but very effective "Hiya"?

ahh you are right. tried doing a karate motion and yelled 'wasabi', much better results, i'd even say it was scary sharp!
