Few times used mazaki gyuto. Old stock from Maksim.
No scratches on the blade, never sharpened, with original edge on it.
The knife is wide bevel with a thick spine that it makes it a perfect work horse knife. Very thin behind the edge.

Light patina on it which I can remove it as requested

Price 250 usd all inclusive. (PayPal fees and shipping in EU) for outside EU I will share the cost with the buyer

Cheers Matteo

For some the old version would really suit more than the new. Example, I prefer the Doi gyuto over the Masamoto KS grind as I prefer food release in a 240 gyuto. If that is your taste, I would get this one (old stock) which will become rarer than the new stock grind.

Myself, I just bought a western honyaki so I am hit by the ban-hammer on new knives :(
