SOLD “The James” W#2 Steel Kenji Togashi Honyaki 250mm Gyuto

Barely used Sakai Takayuki “The James” honyaki gyuto by Kenji Togashi. I have the B1 version of this same knife and don’t need two, so I’m passing this on. One of the finest cutters I’ve used. Only used a few times in my home kitchen and barely has a patina. Comes with saya and box as well. It’s a beast of a knife, but it makes you say “wow” when you use it. $1250 shipped conus.
