I am selling my 16.5" Williams-Sonoma Copper Paella Pan. I believe it's made by Mauviel for WS and it's an OLD, about 5 years discontinued model that is larger than the new one and also 2mm thick 1.5mm new one.

It's not quite 16.5" but more like 16.3". Internal dimensions are approx 12.75". The surface is stainless steel, but as you can see in 1 of the pictures, there are some marks on the surface. I do not know how they got there, as I received in that way.

Sides could use better cleaning with barkeepers friend and bottom can be easily polished too (I prefer mine this way though)

I think it retailed for $575 if I remember right and I don't think I ever seen it on sale below $449. I used it primarily for steals, batch pork chop cooking and such, Never actually used it for paella, but I'd imagine it would make a glorious one. Heats up fast and is very responsive

asking $280 delivered in CONusa. Other US territories $25 extra.

Never had a copper piece myself and was in the market for a paella pan... Do copper pans really perform as well as the price tag suggests?
main advantage is heads up quicker, more even, and reacts much faster to change in temperatures. you can get even heating in other pans, but it wouldn't heat up as fast or react as quickly
