Hello all, here's #2/7 from this batch, a larger than typical nakiri.

• Blade: 215mmx58mm 52100 (62hrc) 320 grit finish
• Neck: 18mmx19mm
• Handle: 128mm, tapering from 24.5mmx22.9mm to 22.2mmx19.6mm, burned oak, oil finished and waxed
• POB: 61mm from handle
• Spine: 2.41mm at the neck, 1.95mm at halfway, 1.48mm 1cm from the tip
• Grind: flat to convex RH bias
• Weight: 175 grams
• Relieved choil and spine
• Edge: zero, .11mm @2mm, .35mm@5mm, .53mm@10mm measured at the midpoint.
