Really sad I have to let this go… I’m usually a WH guy, but after one cut with this baby, I knew I had to keep her around for a lil bit. Took me forever to be able to get a decent choil shot lol, she’s a “fricken laser beam”. Seriously, Joe makes some amazing cutters, but this was just purely orgasmic.
Unfortunately, when it arrived into my possession, it was damaged during transit. It was shipped in a knife box (wrapped and in a bigger box of course), and I guess USPS was having a WWE style field day, because the tip cut through the box and managed to get bent slightly. I shed a single tear. Doesn’t affect performance too too much, but it’s there. A quick fix for those who want to, so she’s priced accordingly.
Never sharpened, I cut like 3 firm, juicy melons and a bunch of chives. The reclaimed bandsaw steel isn’t super reactive, slightly less compared to 52100, so this will work as a splendid line knife for all my BOH homies reading this.
