Originally purchased by me from Epicurean Edge. The edge has been lightly maintained by me and has been through one sharpening at EE. It has seen pretty light use at home only. These retail from there for $1119 and come with an upgraded ebony handle. This is a good Denka and is in excellent shape. Pricing this to sell. $700.

I had mentioned this to Daniel when I purchased the knife. He said it wasn’t an issue that would affect the performance, nor had it been an issue when I brought it in for sharpening. If anyone wants to chime in with better thoughts, please do!

My 210 has a spot where the cladding is at the edge and it has no effect on the knife's performance. The core steel there is still super sharp and hold its edge.
