Hello All,
This is something of a copy of a carbon steel 270mm suji I made a few weeks ago, just a little wider. Not everyone is a carbon steel aficionado, so I try to balance my work between carbon and stainless, and AEB-L is my personal favourite SS. I haven't made any stainless suji until now, so I'm glad I've finally gotten around to it. This grind is one I know to be a good performer, and will not disappoint.
More to come...
