I never imagined that this day would come but you know how it goes.
I have 9 slicers and only use three at home and unused ones need new home.
A beautiful Damascus clad blade - Photos can not capture its beauty,
technically new – never used nor sharpened -just being kept under my bed for a couple of years.
I bought it from a forum member who had bought it from the Korin a few years back.

It is definitely a work horse type yanagi; When I hold it in hand, I can feel its mightiness and all the fears go away too. :razz:

Note: dots on the blade is a dusty particles on tsubaki oil.
