SOLD Hakuto NSK #200 with NSK #200 Fingerstone
*#200 Will shred anything you throw at it. A good starting grit to thin knives, also a good polishing grit to remove deep scratches from lower grit such as diamond plate like Atoma 140. Speed is pretty good along with feedback! Make sure to use NSK #200 Fingerstone to refresh abrasive when needed. Used once on Takamura. Feedback is fantastic, strong polish!
*Another suggestions, Extra Hard Silicone Carbide Dressing Stone, which I would recommend to make the NSK Diamond stone rougher for a greater feedback. Otherwise #200 Fingerstone should suffice.

SOLDHakuto NSK #400(S) with NSK #200 Fingerstone
*#400(S) S stands for soft, not soft as you'd think, its still a hard stone. Reason why it's labeled (S) is due to the fact that it release more abrasive than the normal #400(1) which is considered much harder and release abrasive slowly. It's a perfect polishing stone before jumping into #800-#1500 range. I still suggests 800 in between for a perfect scratch free polish when moving up. Good feedback as well for a (S) vs (1) #400 but is softer than the (1). It won't dish fast like Synthetic, or a soft diamonds. Used a few times on Takamura.

SOLDHakuto NSK #800 with NSK #300 Fingerstone
*#800 Is a good stopping point when sharpening/Stropping the apex of the edge. Good teeth for all around knife usage except for delicacy like raw sushi. Polishing is fantastic, feedback is acceptable, and it really shreds! Used on Takamura polish and edge, and other knives like SLD, Blue 1 and 2 edge. It really feels nice and teethy. Feedback is good, strong polish!

SOLDHakuto NSK #1500 with NSK #1000 Fingerstone
*#1500 A good pre-polisher, and also can gives a refined teethy edge. Used on Takamura polish and edge. Feedback is good, strong polish.

SOLDHakuto NSK #3000 with NSK #1000 Fingerstone
*#3000 A step up pre-polisher. Recommended before moving onto a higher grit Synthetic stones / Natural stones. Used on Takamura and one other Nakiri I can't seem to remember the name of that knife :(. Both used once when polish. Feedback is okay. strong polish!

NSK Diamond Flattening Plate (Round) #200
*Recommend use for #200-#1500 NSK Diamond Stones. Any higher is okay, just use Fingerstones it came with and condition it after #200.
