1. Blue 1 damascus (Tanaka forged) 240mm gyuto

I can't find a retailer website that has this version. A friend ordered for me through a Japanese retailer and I waited a long time for it.
Only used it 2-3 times for test cuts. It has some really pretty blue patina already from those test cuts. You can't really see it in the pictures as I applied knife oil on it.
2. VG10 damascus (Nakagawa forged) 210mm gyuto
This one measures about 198mm x 41mm. It is marketed as a gyuto, but I use it as a larger petty and it is perfect for that role. Stainless so you have nothing to worry about. The beautiful damascus will also stay beautiful.
First owner and lightly used in a home environment.
Asking $1450 including G&S fee and priority shipping with full insurance and signature confirmation in CONUS. For outside of CONUS, please reach out.
This is below what I paid. I highly prefer to sell them together. That said, if you feel super strong about buying the blue 1 dama alone, I will probably accept $1,250 and will lower the VG10 accordingly.
Discount available for fee free methods and trade value is $950 for the blue 1 and $1,300 for both.
