Just bought a Gesshin Ginga based on the feedback on these forums and love it. But my sharpening skills could use some serious work. Looking to get a good performing Yanagiba now. Preferrably something slightly heavier. Aesthetics are nice to have but would rather have a good performer without breaking the bank.

Yanagiba by design are all hefty knives. Gesshin Uraku is a great, no-nonsense, "working" yanagiba
