Ktips, 180 gyuto, anything different than his current standard offerings of 210/240 gyuto, nakiri, suji. Anything left handed. So mainly:

1. Anything weird (did he ever make a k tip petty?)
2. Still need a KU santoku, probs would just want to pick up a cheap one someone looking to unload
3. 150mm KU petty

When in doubt, ask! Who knows what might strike my fancy
