Purchased at the end of July, 2023. I lightly touched it up on 3K or 6K after I first tried it. Used four times, max, to portion protein. Lives in the box.
The horn ferrule has two natural “inclusions”, and one slight scratch. I tried to show them - exaggerated.
As many of you know, if you turn on a faucet two rooms away, Ashi W2 blades show slight color differences (patina??) - as you can see.
